Frank DiMarcoFreeholder
Frank DiMarco is presently serving his second term on the Board of Chosen Freeholders of Gloucester County.
Freeholder DiMarco has been a resident of Deptford Township since his early childhood and still resides there today with his wife Marlene and their two children, Frank, Jr. and Delaney. They all belong to St. John Vianney Parish.
Frank is a three-term Deptford Township Council member and is currently serving in his 11th year there. Besides Council, Frank is a member of Deptford's Recreation Advisory Board and Municipal Drug Alliance. Frank lists Deptford Township 's Zoning Board, Planning Board, Gloucester County Municipal Economic Development Council and Gloucester County Construction Board of Appeals as some of the prior boards he has been a member.
Frank is a Deptford High School graduate and periodically attends Gloucester County College for Uniform Construction Code certifications and is also certified as a clinician by Rutgers University to teach the Rutgers S.A.F.E.T.Y Course for youth sports awareness.
This year Freeholder DiMarco will oversee the Parks and Government Services Department which includes: Parks and Recreation Department, Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee, Pitman Golf Course, Mosquito Control, Sheriff's Department, Department of Correctional Services, Department of Correctional Services Citizens Advisory Board, Juvenile Detention Center , Board of Taxation, Surrogate, Animal Shelter and the Veterans Cemetery Advisory Board. He is also Liaison to the Cultural and Heritage Commission, and is a member of the New Jersey Association of Counties Board of Directors.
